| Rob Carroll, Chairman
Mr. Carroll's experience provides the company with a solid base of executive leadership and knowledge in marketing and product development for video, film and broadcasting equipment. Mr. Carroll was formerly President and CEO of Access Technology an interactive media agency he founded in 1994. His experience also includes 14 years in engineering and marketing with Truevision, Abekas Video Systems, Ampex and Harris.
Mr. Carroll holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Bradley University and an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University.

David Mann, Spring Mill Venture Partners
David is a co-founder and general partner of Spring Mill Venture Partners.
Prior to Spring Mill, David worked with ServiceMaster Ventures, a corporate venture group. While there, David’s principal focus was as a founding member of the ServiceMaster Home Service Center (formerly WeServeHomes), a joint venture between Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and ServiceMaster, in which he then held operations and sales roles. Additionally, David served as assistant to the CEO of INVESCO, a leading investment management firm, while earning his M.B.A. David began his career in the U.S. Navy, holding a number of general management positions that encompassed information systems, business operations and logistics, and service as a White House liaison officer.
David received his B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Faculty member at Indiana University, Kelley School of Business (Indianapolis).

Tom Vannemen, CEO Schnieder Corporation
Mr. Vanneman's background includes extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, investor relations, operations, consulting, and project management.
He previously served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Software Artistry, Inc., a public software company acquired by Tivoli Systems.
Mr. Vanneman previously served as Vice President and Treasurer of Acordia, Inc., where he lead the company through a successful initial public offering. Prior to Acordia, Mr. Vanneman spent eight years with Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc. and was respected as a leader for improving under-performing business units.
A graduate of the University of Iowa, Vanneman earned a Masters of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Carl Calabria, Vice President - Avid Technology, Inc.
Mr. Calabria is Vice President, Engineering, at Avid Technology, Inc., (AVID, NASDAQ), the world leader in digital nonlinear media creation, management, and distribution solutions, enabling film, video, audio, animation, games, and broadcast professionals to work more efficiently, productively, and creatively. Previously, Mr. Calabria served as General Manager, OEM Solutions Business Unit, at Pinnacle Systems, Inc. (PCLE, NASDAQ). In 1997 Pinnacle Systems purchased Truevision, Inc. a company co-founded by Mr. Calabria.

Jane Martin, Village Ventures
Jane is a co-founder of Spring Mill Venture Partners and a general partner with Village Ventures. As such, she serves as the primary liaison between Spring Mill and the support services Village Ventures provides to the fund. She also plays a critical role in investment decisions by providing due diligence insight and deal counsel to the rest of the Spring Mill team.
A veteran Silicon Valley venture capitalist, Jane has 30 years of experience in public and private equity investing and technology commercialization. Prior to Village Ventures, she was Acting CEO of WisdomTools, Indiana University's first technology spinout; a General Partner of U.S. Venture Partners, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm; and a Principal at Allstate Insurance Company's Venture Capital Division in Chicago. Jane sits on the Executive and Valuation Committees of Gazelle Tech Ventures, the Advisory Boards of Arch Development Fund and Dunrath Partners, the Dean's Advisory Councils for the Johnson Center for Entrepreneurship at Indiana University and the Kelley School of Business, and is the former Vice Chair of Techpoint.
Jane received her B.S. from Indiana University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.).

CURTIS D. CROCKER, MANAGING PARTNER- RESERVOIR VENTURE PARTNERS
Curtis Crocker brings over 14 years in venture investing experience to the firm as a director. Prior to joining Reservoir, he was a partner at Alpha Capital Partners and the Northwest Ohio Venture Fund. He has extensive experience as an investor in health care, communications, information technology and other technology companies, and in sourcing, negotiating, building value and exiting venture investments. Curtis has a B.S. from Olivet Nazarene University and an MBA from Indiana University and is a graduate of the Venture Capital Institute.
